superb location and amenities
amazing location friendly staff useful microwave free parking
the location is amazing just beside the parliament building it is a great base for exploring the inner wharf area the reception staff were very friendly from the get go i appreciated the microwave and fridge with a balcony my room also had a hairdryer in the bathroom which was a nice touch free parking was onsite and available before check in.
the beds were harder than i am used to it was a slight discomfort but did not significantly impact my stay overall

the reception staff were helpful during check-in and check-out they were readily available to answer questions and provide directions i found the service prompt and efficient. the staff maintained the cleanliness in common areas.

the hotel is near several tourist sites and shops access to attractions is easy the parliament building is a short walk away and makes for easy sightseeing. public transportation is convenient.

loud air conditioning suspect eggs
The air conditioning sounded like a freight train it was so loud. i swear it was fighting a personal battle against comfort. the breakfast selection also left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs looked suspect, and the coffee tasted vaguely of metal. plus, the room lighting rivaled a dungeon, so i struggled to see much of anything

loud air conditioning dated furniture
i found the room needing updates. the air conditioning unit was quite loud and did not consistently cool the room. it also emitted a musty odor. the furniture seemed dated and worn which detracted from the overall experience.

friendly staff breakfast buffet clean room very nice location
The staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in. the included breakfast was a lovely buffet. our room was very very comfy and tidy. plus, the location was very nice. So convenient.
the parking fee felt a bit high, especially since the lot wasn't secured.

the hotel is close to the ferry terminal. the harbour sights are within easy reach. it is really great if you do not have a car for visiting the city.

the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food items, it had fruit and even a waffle station. hours extended from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, perfect for flexible scheduling. it has many options to choose from.

perfect location nice area
the location suited my needs perfectly. the included breakfast featured a nice dining area with ample windows. i appreciated this feature during my mornings there.
the dated furniture was a distraction. i found it hard to relax fully in the space with those items.

good service quiet location excellent breakfast
I stayed in a queen room. breakfast had very good service and well done food. the location was great. It was quiet and close to the parliament building.
the bed sheets smelled like bleach and felt very rough!
