i found the room needing updates. the air conditioning unit was quite loud and did not consistently cool the room. it also emitted a musty odor. the furniture seemed dated and worn which detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in. the included breakfast was a lovely buffet. our room was very super clean and cozy. plus, the location was very nice. So convenient.
the parking fee felt a bit high, especially since the lot wasn't secured.

the hotel is close to the ferry terminal. the harbour sights are within easy reach. it is really great if you do not have a car for visiting the city.
